Two brothers, two weapons, two giant
lifebars for the price of one! That's right, pick a fight with either
one of them and get the second on your ass absolutely FREE!! How can you
turn down a deal like that? The first thing Agni (fire) and Rudra (wind) do after settling into place is jump-charge you one after the other with powerful force. Time your jumps/rolls away from them carefully, because the second brother will be aiming for you after you dodge the first. Jumping to the side often helps more than jumping back, and make sure not to corner yourself against a wall. Now the brothers will attempt to gang bang you from either side with their attacks (or, if you're on a lower difficulty setting, they will shuffle around waiting for you to do something). Sometimes one will rear up and flex for no apparent reason. Rush at them and inflict as much damage as you can while they're idle. |

They are powerful hitters, but their heads are attached to their sword
handles, so their judgment is often impaired. Use this to your advantage
by positioning yourself directly between them, luring them close to one
another, and when you hear/see one of them begin an attack, jumping away
in the last second so that it hits the opposite brother. Be careful,
because even though you can visually tell when they're about to attack,
sometimes the camera angle takes a brother offscreen, so listening for
audible cues is very important. They will block all frontal attacks, but
you can still slash at them to bait them into retaliating. As they're
recovering from their attack, dance around them and swing at them from
behind. Chipping away at them using the above method is safe but takes a while, and there are certainly riskier ways to cause more substantial damage. When the brothers clang swords, either with you or with each other, they can get disarmed, sending them helplessly to their knees. Devil Trigger and attack them with everything you've got while they're down, but watch your back in case the other brother is still active. Clanging swords with them takes careful timing with painful consequences for failure, but equipping a faster weapon like Cerberus often helps. Pay close attention to their lifebars, because if you kill one of the brothers more than a few seconds before the other, his twin will pick up the fallen brother's sword and turns into what could only be described as a Super Saiyan. You do NOT want this to happen. The dual wielding monstrosity can utilize attacks of both wind and flame and relentlessly batters you with nearly unstoppable combos. The only way I know of to deal with it is to first jump away, and then run around screaming. So good luck! AGNI'S ATTACKS Horizontal Slash: Agni rears up and slashes across your torso. Either jump over him and attack him from behind or clang swords with him and disarm him. Horizontal Lunge: Agni utters "Eat this!" and charges you with his sword. Listen for the audible cue, because the attack comes fast and often off camera. Jump or move to the side and hope he hits his brother instead. Flame Trail: Agni jumps into the air, screams "It's over!" and rams into the ground, releasing a long trail of fire aimed at Dante. Jump over it. RUDRA'S ATTACKS AGNI-RUDRA'S ATTACKS
