is one of a kind... the Quantum Defender."
It turns out that the mutorgs are actually Ransik's fault. He found orgs sealed in a mystical barrier and in exchange for him sharing some of his mutant DNA with them, they gave him a body that was a living weapon. Now Ransik is the only one able to neutralize the mutorg's powers! This he does, and then Wild Force and Time Force are free to fight the orgs as normal. But Ransik didn't die from neutralizing the mutorgs. The process also neutralized his mutant DNA and he became fully human. Everybody was happy.
